Dobromir,
Lovely wings, lit clearly. You have caught it at the right time. The prey on its beak is a bonus. Is this full frame or crop? I would have liked some space at the top, as the wing tip is very nearly touching the top of the frame. The background looks nice with the greens.
Thanks for sharing.
Cheers,
Sabyasachi

Colours are super and great capture of a moment in time. I agree the non-bee in the bill is a big plus. The BG is complimentary but the horizon is tilted to the left and gives the impression at least that the image needs to be rotated. Might try this to see what happens.

Lovely pose and colours. I might try to reduce saturation of the green a little as I feel it is competing with the bird.

The BG is fantastic but it seems to me a litle bit oversaturated . The action is fantastic and I like a lot the bull in the beak and the eye contact. I have to agree with Sabyasachi about more room at the top. Good job on this bee eater!

Amazing shot with a beautiful BG.
I do see some noise on the BG on this.
