This is the second in the series of Miami at Dusk photographed 15 minutes after the first. ISO 200, f/14.0, 30.0 secs, EF70-200 f/2.8L, 70mm, Pattern Metering, Auto Exposure, Auto WB, No Flash. Amazing how the light changed so fast. Comments Welcome.

Hi Richard,
I like the colors and the sharp details in the buildings. I like these earth tone hues. well done. Just one thing, need to check your levels...the water line is slanted just a hair to the left slope. It need 0.5 degrees CW rotation. Hey, after the holidays, we need to gather up the Miami gang and Doctor Davis, to do the skyline again under better weather conditions, and perhaps if time permits, catch the wild life in South Beach...:)

Wishing you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving, be safe and God bless...

Not sure if it needs rotating or not, but the illusion is that it it runs downhill slightly to the left. The reason is the right hand side of the picture is curved and is moving away from the camera. I think this might be creating that effect. Not sure if there is a way to correct that or not. I plumbed the buildings and even used lens correction to get them right. Anytime you want to go... I love nightime photography!!

Agree on the slight rotation Richard Hard to figure since there is also some distortion in the buildings but you kept the lens fairly straight !!! .... ready for the next expedition .... I think Gus want South Beach for the tropical drinks !!! :)
