Very nice pose, eye contact and BG. The bird's wings look a bit oversharpened on my monitor and I might lighten the shadows on the bird's chest. Keep them coming and you can post larger images which makes commenting easier.

Beautiful warm BG sets up the bird nicely. Agree on the sharpening in the wing.

Lovely BG. I would crop tighter to remove some of the tree and a some of the left side of the BG (almost a square crop). Agree with Axel re lightening the sahdows. Oversharpened flight feathers mentioned.

I agree with Axel, except for the 'shadows' comment. This is actually a natural plumage feature of Great Tit & the black breast/belly band is very well defined on this particular male. ;)
