Lovely capture with the insect. BG is lovely. Perch has amazing textures and colours - looks like the prow of a boat but has definitely seen better days :D

Nothing like a perch with character.....and a bird with a bug. I couldn't figure out what it might be but I think that Tony has identified it. I usually like the birds a little tighter in the frame but I think I like this one just as is. Well done.
