Hey Denise,
Love the crop :D.......I wanted to pop the god rays more........so here's what I did......image adjust>selective color (thanks Chas!)....color white......moved black slider to 100%....just toned down the sun a bit...........same thing again........this time in blacks..........5%.........local contrast Adjustment link; http://www.birdphotographers.net/forums/showthread.php?t=20434....but USM at A 20, R 40, T 0.......really brought out the rays! Let me know what you think.

PS........when I did the LCA.........i used majic wand to select sun......and whites to the right..........then selected inverse.......did LCA.

Nice composition Denise. Liked the rays diverging out from behind the clouds. Roman's re-post looks good with better contrast.

I was going to suggest more contrast before I saw Roman's re-post. Great capture!
