Here's one from the kayak back in June... Getting images of these guys at 700mm from a kayak is not easy - even on the calmest of days.

No idea how you got it that sharp at 1/250 Glenn !! Big Time !!!

Love the eye contact and color of water Excellent sun angle for lighting both eyes and good shadow detail, whites are pushed to the edge but all with detail I like it a lot !!!

Wold love to see an image of how you carry that lens in Friends and Family !!! :)

Very nice, Glenn. Only wish is wasn't just over the crest of the wave but impressive capture considering all you have to contend with in the kayak with that gear.

It was shot at 1/1250 Al. 1/250 would surely be an impressive feat though!

That water is surreal! You sure couldn't have asked for better eye contact, either. Very nice to look at, Glenn.

I have never try it but I am sure that handholding a big glass like that on a kayak it is not an easy task. Your technique is excelent!
