I like the low angle of the sun in this image. Can you contrast or sharpen the head/eye and more? On my monitor there seems to be some hot spots, even with the low sun. great pose!

Hi William - nice pose - as noted some hotspots - use a multiply / linea burn layer in PS to see if you can tone them dwn a bit.
Dust Bunny visible - a little above the head area.
Do you have yur overexposure blinkies turned on?
:)

Hi William,
a very nice composition indeed...agree with the advice given by Mr. Peters... I would suggest adding a wee bit of canvas to the right of the frame; for leg room...

This is the only area that showed a hot spot other than a couple of very, very small areas on the leading edge of the right wing.

Hi William - sometimes antyhing over about 250 will look blwon when posted to the net - AL robably has a better explantion of why this is the case. Have certainly noticed the same with some of my posts.

It all has to do with monitors Will look blown on some but not on others Personally I don't like taking the whites to the ragged edge. One interesting thing was the base exposure? Wandering if you had some cooked pixels to begging with, Plus 1 1/3 is a lot of light for that white bird.

Image wise I'm not a fan of that wing position, like to see them either all the way up or down.
