Newfoundland. I walked the mile to the shooting place a few times before I got a glimpse of what was behind the heavy fog. That is one impressive place. Northern Gannet colony, second in the world if I'm not mistaken. Covered with thick fog most days in the birds season :(

That is an amazing scene. I like the image. Always wondered how the 70-200 could be good for landscape photography. At which focal length it was shot?

What a great scene! So many birds and a very impressive hunk of rock. ;) Sure am glad that you saw it on a day without the heavy fog.

Simply gorgeous. I like how the birds add to the image!

Works well for me. At first I thought of cropping more of the sky out but when I put a cropping square to it, the image becomes weaker for it. The small band of colorful clouds at the top balance it off.

The Canon 70-200 f/4 IS is a great landscape lens Szimi. That's why I sold the 70-200 f/2.8 and bought the f/4.
