This weekend was the New Jersey Lighthouse Challenge (visit all 11 NJ lighthouses in one weekend). So after spending a cold and windy morning at the Edwin B. Forsythe NWR in Brigantine, NJ, Barb and I decided to take a quick spin down to Atlantic City and visit Absecon Light. There wasn't much room around the light to try to fit in the whole tower so I decided to go wide angle.

Canon 30D and Sigma 10-20mm f/4-5.6; handheld

1/1000 @ f/11; ISO 400; -1/3 EV; FL 10mm

I like this Ed but would have moved right to get the anchor out from in front of the LH and balance the image better. Second thought left might be better as the BG looks like it would be better.
