Hi everybody!! I wanted to celebrate my post number 1000 with this image from my files, it was taken a while ago (2006), but it is still one of my favorites! Hope you like it! Enjoy!

Felicidades por los 1000 posts Ramón! I like the BG and the bird in the hole. i suggest to rework the levels in the eye area because ot seems a litle bit dark to my taste.

Your contributions are greatly valued Ramone! A beautiful image to celebrate your milestone :-) I would probably crop out a bit at left to eliminate the dark areas (and the one in LLC) on the trunk touching the edge of the frame. I love the claws peeking out of the hole. Congrats, and keep on posting!!

Congrats, Ramon! Your critiques are always so positive and enthusiastic - really helpful. I also like the one claw peeking out of the hole. I love woodpeckers in general; they seem to be real characters.

Congrats, I will have some catching up to do. But so far I have enjoyed your comments and the other comments I have been receiving here. A well executed shot, the bg colors agreat and the detail does not get much better.
