Black-bellied Whistling Duck - Mating - S.W Florida

I got some VIP treatment last season photographing these guys. I was luck to be there at the right time for this image.

Hope you like it.

Canon 40D, 500mm L @ f/5.6, 1/1000 sec, ISO 400, RAW, Tripod, Almost full frame.

Love the interaction between these guys and the look on the male, great BG and sharp focus on this pair, wish i was there as well great shot Maxis and thank you for sharing.

Love it, the light looks great and the colours are beautifull, comp is good Maxis and the natural moment you've captured is as great. Have you noticed the water drop falling in the aire behind the neck of the female? Great plus ;)
