I recently spent a week in Crete. Local birds are very wary because hunting is still a very popular sport on the island. I was determined to bring home some bird images so has to resort to hybrid domestic/wild geese. The image was made in Georgiopoli, western Crete. The yellow BG is a painted metal structure. The luminosity of the whites in the head are running in the 90's but are not blown. Image is full frame.
