This is my first post in this forum! This juvenile (i think it is) Loon have some problem to take off in this small pond.
Sorry if my English sucks....I´m from Sweden ;)

I used my 40D with Canon EF 400/5,6L USM ISO 400 F5,6 1/2000sec

Big Time Welcome Magnus !!!!!

I like it a lot Excellent action Not sure if you have one with the wings in the full up position, would eliminate the shadow but do like this one. Can crop some from the top for a different ratio and enhance the forward motion. Cropping wise would not mind seeing even more from the back, love the water being kicked up !!! Looking forward to many more !!!!

Thank´s Alfred! i do have one with the wings in upper position, but i liked the shadow and water reflection in this one! You have a good point on your cropping suggestion, i´m going to try different crop and see if i like it or not:)

Good one! I like the reflection of the bird's right wing as it almost touches the surface and the water splashing around the bird. Great positioning of the bird in the frame.

Tummen upp från Sverige! :)
