Lion by Spotlights

I am not a fan of flash photography on Safari, so I tried an experiment with this.

It was taken in Mapula Reserve Botwasana on 13th September 2008

EOS1D MkIII
500mm IS on bean bag

F4, 1/160, ISO 6400

IIumination was by three spotlights.

What do you think of the result?

No noise reduction applied.

Ken, I agree with the others but think this needs more sharpening. I did a few rounds of USM on it at 175/0.3/0 and 125/.2/0 and the head really pops.
