Hi Folks!
I'm hoping that my DSL woes are coming to an end and that I will be able to participate more from now on...boy, have I missed you guys...:(
This is Jasmine the tawny owl. She lives in Wales at a falconry centre and I had a wonderful day last Friday photographing her and some of the other owls and birds of prey in beautiful natural settings. My question is this. I deliberately chose side lighting and underexposure as I wanted to half the bird to be in shadow, creating a mood of mystery and drama. Have I achieved this? How could it be improved for maximum impact?? Go to work my friends!!! :D:D
