I have only seen three pine martins in my life in the wild and photographed one successfully before this trip.
BC is a wildlife photographers dream. This is one of five pine martins seen in two days time while waiting for kermode bears at the river. Mink were also photographed. I will post the kermode (spirit) bear next.

That's three more than I've ever seen. Great detail on this guy. The mossy log and green BG really gives a good idea of his habitat.
