Hi all, here's a shot that has a few years now (2006), it was taken at the Iberá Marshes in the Corrientes Province, during a great sunset, these Chajáes or Southern Screamers every day get to this place to spend the night along with some Jabirú and other birds. Hope you like it! Enjoy!

Oh man this one is really good. The pose of the bird, the very dramatic BG with those fantastic golden and dark cloud and the TERRIFIC light around the bird head and neck... me muerto de envidia!!!!!:p
I like the composition a lot but would love to see a crop of the bird to better enjoy the fantastic light and details. I am not suggesting to change the composition but the web size is not enough to enjoy this image. Big, big congratulations!:)

BTW this image reminds me about an scene of "Gone with the wind";)

Thank you guys, you are probebly right, for web use this tighter crop shows a little more detail, althought for print I would defintely go with the original posted full frame version. Let me know your thoughts about this crop.

I like the dramatic light, clouds and silhouette. Composition works for me.

Original composition is very good but the croped version for web allows us to see more details like the nostril. Thank you for posting this detailed version Ramón. Once again, fantastic image:eek:

I like the ORIG post and the bird and backlight are wonderful but would prefer the sky lighter esp. behind the bird as the bird gets sort of lost in the dark cloud.
