I haven't had much time lately. This is an image I took on Long Island a couple of weeks back.

I like it a lot Axel. It is great to see both the adult and young together and the differences in plumage and bare parts. Well, I am sure that you know that the low angle, the sharpness, light, etc are really good but I would like to point out that one of the things that I like more of this image is the different pose of both birds. The adult has a very "parental" pose, surveylling the things that the offspring is doing while the young has that kind of pose of.. "Hey Dad, I am doing right?"
Very good job Axel

Cool composition Axel and excellent composition and exposure. The detail and eye contact really makes this as well as showing the varying color between the male and female. Really like this a lot.

Love teh fabulous juxtposition, the lovely edged feathers of the juvenile, and the perfect head angle of the adult. Exposure and sharpness right on.

Fabulous poses of both the adult and juvie. Great exposure control, sharp detail, and composition. I really love this one.

All of the photographs you've got from these two guys are one better than the other one! I love them all! Congratulations!

Super, Axel. I love the isolated bg in this. Our oystercatchers are always in the rocks, making them very hard to get a clean bg on.
Lots of interesting action in this one--very nice!
