I was wondering around searching for images, this whole PJ type photography is new to me. I came across this officer parker near a mural that was filling so I positioned mysely in a manner to include the top of the state capitol (MN) in the image. I spoke with the officer after I took the photo and got his e-mail as he wanted a copy for his files... kinda made me feel good.
