While not nearly as pretty as they are in the summer, I like the subtle colors (in my mind) of this loon.

I fixed your image so it's justified left, you need to hit return before you upload it, so it fits on the left :)

Very good techs, and it looks well composed. There is a hint of sharpening halo, ever so slight, specially in the bill.

Hi Allen, A superb image, very sharp and well composed. The water drops on the body makes the image very lively. If I had not read Fabs comments, I would have thought the image was a tad over as the whites on the neck seemed slightly burnout.

Nice-looking bird, calm water and eye contact. The whites appear to be on the hotter side and it needs a bit CW rotation. The halo has been mentioned.
