Lowepro Vertax 300?

My Expedition 8 needs replacement. Any thoughts about the above?Alternatives? like Thinktank addicted?KATA 502? The backpack needs enough room to carry a VAIO TZ , 2 bodies, 500, flash, 16-35 bits and pieces and ofcourse needs to be aircraft friendly.
Any advise appreciated
