HI all,
Today's post is of a Common Merganser taken from a blind in February a few years back in Nova Scotia Canada. The bird has 2 silverside fish in it's beak.
The AF was so slow, I ended up using manual focus, as the birds kept diving and popping up in different places on a partially frozen river. With today's technology, I wouldn't have had to spend days freezing, while trying to make a sucessful image.
Comments, and Critiques are welcome.
Minolta Maxxum 9, 300f2.8 Lens with 1.4. Fuji Provia 100. Manfrotto Tripod. Exposure Unrecorded.
Cheers,
