I haven't post here in a while so here in my contribution. A total of 5 images stitched in CS3. Using quick mask, I was able to fix few distractions from the BG.

Nice work Maxis. I would gave same distance from left bird to edge on the right.

I would also crop midway from your name to the water. i tried it and think it strengthens the image.

I like it Maxis. The long format works really well here to showcase the many birds standing on the little spit of sand. Very nice eye!
