Good posture and sharpness on the head, well done!. Perhaps a higher shutter speed would have frozen the wins too? I would perhaps have opted for 5.6 to get more shutter speed. I would also suggest that you work the background in curves to bring out the blues a bit more.

Thank you Chris, very much appreciate your feedback, will see what I can do about the background, the water was greenish in appearance this particular morning, will see what a revisit in PP can do for it ;) Cheers and thanks.

great wing pose and beautiful light. I would have used a shorter shutter spead to freeze the wings, but that's a matter of personal taste.

I love the image and the background and esp. the wing position. I am fine with the slight wing blur. The problem is lack of enough d-of to cover the near-wing. I selected the near wing and sharpened it quite a bit (300, .3, 0). I think that it looks way better...

Beautiful wing position and lighting in this image and wonderful eye contact too. Really like Artie's repost.

Thanks so much Markus, Mike, Manos, Arthur & Judy, much appreciate your feedback. Thank you Arthur for that selective sharpening on the wing, that looks sooo much better :) Thank you.
