Hiked from the lake up to a higher location in the nearby mountain to get this perspective. The small lake far off is Lake Cadagno.

Good looking image - full of details and the tonal range is great. Sky is nicely composed with the rest of the image with the cloud line at the top acting as a frame. Placement of the lake is just right for me. Well done.

Beautiful scene. I may have altered the feeling of the location at the time, but I thought a bit of increased yellow saturation (H/S) would brighten the green trees and green water. I also used Selective Color to reduce some black in the White. I also added a little sharpening.

Very well coposed. The cliffs and slopes of the mnts.......is very nice as is the placement of the lake. I too like Douglas's re-post. Just adds a bit of punch!
