Image taken with Canon 10D, f5.6, 1/180, ISO 100, & 17mm with Tamron 17-35 on tripod. The lighting varied from full sun to almost dark from minute to minute. The play of light on the mountains is something I really like about this image.
The Amphitheater was just about the most spectacularly beautiful and inspiring location I've ever experienced.
Does anyone remember the movie Zulu? The battle was not fought here (it was a few mi away at Rorkes Drift), but this is where the movie was shot.
