Hello all,

I might have to go to Fargo, ND, in mid/late September for business and I am wondering if it's worthwhile spending a weekend there for some bird photography. I know very little about the area and what kind of birds to expect. Hence, i'd appreciate any feedback about locations offering good opportunities for bird photography.

Thanks in advance. JR

Hi all I just found this post and thought this would be a good time to introduce myself. I live way up north where the air is still clean.
And theres very litte crime because there's not many people. But we have just about any kind bird you can think of. Eagle hawks snow greese ducks. We also have Moose, white tail deer, mule deer, antilope, elk, big horn sheep, fox, cayote, prairie dogs and so on just not as much as other will known places. But we do have lest people. and did I mention cold a lot of cold.
