Photographed on Long Island last week. Some of the peeps were so tame that I had to remove the TC such as with this Sanderling.

Love it Axel! You've captured a great moment here, although I'm sure the next frame in the series wasn't quite so friendly. Like the title too!

Very nice capture. The perspective and action are great, well done. I'm almost wishing for some more room on the bottom but I'm not sure that would be better. ... actually the more I look at it the more I like it as is.

Axel...

I think it's an all around winner sir...that tiny little crab just does it for me.

Superb capture, Axel, with a perfect compo and exposure. Way to go, my friend.

Going in on Wednesday, postponed due to weather....

Hi Axel,
This one made me smile when I saw it. Reminds me of a crab's ad for a 1950's style monster movie.

very cool shot Axel., I would have cloned out the small bit of elgy? behind the crab., but a truely killer shot for sure.

a real nice image Axel, with a bonus feeding. I agree the crab puts it over the top.

I love the pic as presented and the pose of the crab really makes it. These days, I find myself looking closer at images, for evidence of cloning since cloning is in such common use. Here (and yes, this is being really picky) I can see a repeating pattern in the sand betw the left most foot and left edge of the frame.

Thanks for pointing this out, I overlooked that one.

It's amazing what happens when you sit and wait; it paid off here. Very awesome with that crab...

Very nice shorebird image. Love the transition plumage and the prey included in the frame.
Soft bg fits my style :)

Wow, really good image of a little crab but I think that giant bird on the left is a bit distracting so I suggest to clone out :D just kidding. Terrific image Axel: low angle, light, sharpness, action...
