I had the wonderful experience of getting fairly close to another Peregrine Falcon today. Fellow BPN member Bob Lund and I found this fellow and its pigeon prey along some sandstone cliffs of Puget Sound and the Straits of Juan de Fuca. The light was not ideal--nor the angle pefect--but it was a great pleasure to see these birds doing so well. This is a banded bird.

Love this one Bonnie . Great environmental image and awesome head turn and eye contact. The exposure is spot on and the detail excellent. Sure would love to have this one in my files. !!!!!!

The light looks pretty good to me. Good details and eye contact, too. I only wish the plant in front of the bird were not there.
