Neat pose and the background is really beautiful! The entire bird needs more sharpening and I would have preferred an open eye to the closed one. Does the background need a little noise reduction, too?

I like the soft light, BG and pose and only wish for a bit more wing/head separation and agree regarding more sharpening.
