Hi Bob,
Nice capture of this beautiful bird. The lighting looks very nice. Too bad about the shadow on the other wing.The details are well captured, but I see some artifacts on top of the head and the neck.

I like this image a lot, and I would like it even more if the bird would not be flying away from you!
