I've been viewing your insects here and I've got to say the detail is incredible.....I love them. It seems that you do 2 methods....1) stacked images combined with software and 2) extension tubes, reversal rings, 50mm, and macro lens. So.....which one gives the best results and/or is easier to do?

Hey Jody, This whole series is amazing. Have you tried marketing them? One question: are the subjects D-E-A-D?

One question: are the subjects D-E-A-D?

It was frozen, according to Jody:

Thanks Desmond. I figured that I might have missed something. Still astounding.

Hi Jody,

He looks cold! ;)

Another excellent image. You've got this down pat. I will say that I like the contrasting background here a lot.
