I like this portrait a lot Ken. Nice golden glow and godd sharpness on those eyes. I'd like to see a tiny bit more room to his right (so he's not quite so centered) and remove that little sticker by his right ear (looks like a BB hole in my screen)

Firstly the little stickler by the right does seem to be a little sticky seed of some sort, it looks ok in full size.
