PS3 Flow Control

Dumb question I know - but just cant seem to find the answer...

I have no flow control slider - I have MODE - OPACITY - but no flow control - anyone know how to get it back ther.

Flow is only available with certain tools... the Brush tool, Sponge, History brush, both stamp tools, and the Eraser
