Shot this female (Elephas Maximus) at Nagarhole National Park, India.

She was not willing to come out into the open as she had a small calf with her.

I think you could use a bit more room top and left. I wish she were in the open but, since she is not, a better ear position might be nice, to show the face better. It also seems to me the highlights could be toned down some and I might take a bit off the right. I might add that I am new to all of this so I could be off the mark on any number of these observations.
