Like the pose and eye contact Raul. Sharpness is much improved. Not sure what these guys look like in person, but it looks like a saturation boost might help. Congrats on your steady improvement!

I like this one much better, too. Great take-off pose, eye contact and details. I agree on a slight saturation boost.

Wonderful timing and flight action Raul. Sharp with excellent color and detail. I think you have hit the color right on. Love this image and big congrats.

Yes, this is quite a bit better esp. the sharpness. If you do boost the SAT, be sure to de-SAT the red iris.

Thanks for comments.
Small adjustment to saturation as per suggestions, I think I was close on colors so just a tiny adj, I also de-sat the iris.

Hi Raul!

This is very nice! You have some great stuff, and I'm confused why you would consider quitting!!

Hi Raul!

I did not mean stop going out there and taking pictures, just birds in flight.
The perching birds are easier since you can think about settings and composition... sometimes is disappointing taking 100 pictures of BIF and no keepers.

Saludos,
Raul

To me this image is very good, I also agree with you about perched birds, for my taste, a darker/more sat. sky would make the image look better, just my opinion. Great job in all ways.
