Congratulations Tim Rucci!
Deer fawn - Shenandoah National Park
I've recently returned from a vacation that included a 4 day stop at Shenandoah National Park. My wife and I met my friend, Ken Conger up there and we really enjoyed our first attempt at photographing deer fawns. I've been busy since our return and haven't posted any images here yet. Here's the first one.
DETAILS: Canon 1D Mark II N with 300mm f2.8L IS lens and 1.4x extender, aperture priority 1/250 sec at f4, ISO 800, -1 EV. Shot from a tripod with Wimberley WH-200 gimbal head.
