Your typical beach walker. :) Great find and pose, it is just a bit tight in the frame for my taste.

Very nice action, Bob. I like the sand chunks flying through the air and the 3 feet off the ground. You might try a little more sharpening around the face. IMO, the image would be much stronger if it had more room on top. It should be easy to add canvas there, if you are so inclined.

Beautiful image. The 'running' is well captured - liked the raised legs. Would like a little more room on top + some sharpening in the face (looks bit soft as of now). TFS.

Out of all the deer I have seen here on Long Island, never saw one on the beach near the water before. A nice catch, good job! Agree on a little more room!!

George, See tracks every day of small groups in the darkness for sure. But in bug season they will venture out in wee hours for some relief. Greenheads!! This doe was acting like she was shaking off a swarm when I first saw her cross the river.
Group, I do agree with the crit - and thanks for sure! Bob

Love the 3 legs up.. A bit tight on top of the frame. Nice catchlight in the eyes. Your focus plane seems to be behind the head of the deer feet look very sharp..

I agree with the focus plane observation. It's tight at the top.

Man, this one needed to be a VERT... Pretty amazing behavior though.

OK, Here is the re-post agreed with top needing more - had to clone out a line of green - focus is behind the eye some and the post was not sRGB - sorry! Bob
