Close to the summit !!!

Posting a couple a few hours earlier, might not have time tomorrow, travel day. Going after the whales in the morning and trying to get one breaching with the other Zodiac in the frame. The B&B is letting us use the smaller one as a chase boat Will be fun.

Here we are close to the top and it has been an ordeal. One part I failed to mention were the attacking Herring Gulls !!! The are one of the largest of the gull family and do go after you when you are close to their nesting area. We get close and they react, actually over react !!! Last week one of the biologist had a nasty gash in his head !!! Holding a stick/tripod usually keeps you safe from attacks.

Wow that was some climb and not an uneventful one from the sounds of it. Lots of excitment and I am jealous !!!!! Have lots of fun and will be anxious to hear all about it when you get back.
