Hi Uncle Gus, I like the crop and the pose. Lighting looks a bit harsh but there aren't any shadows. Wing position/blur is great.

I agree that the lighting or the contrast looks just a bit over the edge but it's a beautiful capture none the less. You managed to get both wings extended and not in front of his face! Way to go, Gus!

I really like the crop - it enables us to focus on the bird rather than the background. Great capture BTW - wish we had
these birds in the UK!!

Hi Nicki: Wish you had them too . . . Circa `43 we used to find a lot of different Birds in London . . <GRIN>Though the best bird was the Meteor Jet (First allied jet fighter) made in Gloucester > > > Uncle Gus x RAF Bomber Command

No kidding Gus!!! Wow -every day I am just amazed by how connected we all are...
How about a visit down 'memory lane' one of these days - very friendly locals!!!!!
