Nice, I like the eye contact and sharpness, maybe the light is harsh, you can try with a flash to fill the shadows a bit, and the background colors are a little distracting to me, but overall, I like it very much! Congratulations!

I like the setting and eye contact in this one. I would sharpen the bird a bit more and wish for a more uniform BG. Thanks for sharing!
