Looking forward to warbler season coming up, and going through some files. This is a Connecticut Warbler that nests here in northern Minnesota.

Shot with the Nikon 600 with TC engaged; specifically I'm kind of "pixel peeping" as I own the 800, but am
selling it as I got the 600 after the 800 came along, and shoot with the TC on quite a bit - so trying to figure
is there any loss of sharpness at all with the 600 at 840mm vs. the 800 alone before I sell it. Pratically speaking
Im not seeing situations come up where I'll just grab the 800 or run back to the car to get it, but if anyone has shot with
both and still has both please let me know.

Thanks for any feedback.

Nikon Z9, 600mm TC VR S, 840mm, 1/640, f 5.6.

Lovely bird standing proud, I haven't seen one of these before. It certainly looks sharp, I would perhaps consider using a little finer sharpening or perhaps reduce it a little. The feathers look just a little edgy as it were, could be of course I am entirely wrong and the plumage is well represented.
