Another from the set up. I wasn't expecting any birds to use this Foxglove as a perch, although there was quite a few growing wild nearby. I managed a few shots, as it moved towards the top of the flower. I liked this one, where it pushed the perch away as it landed. Gimbal head. ACR and PS.

Hi Will, lovely capture, like the vibrancy of the foxglove juxtapose to the green backdrop. Colours and WB look spot on with nice detail overall. Just a thought, if you have it, to include the end of the Foxglove flower on the RHS it's almost there, but clipped on the bottom trim, also to go more 3x2, less boxy.

Hi Will,
I agree with all the above! The bird looks great and the detailed textures on the blooms is also terrific. I would also like to see the blooms at the bottom more complete, if you have them. I know it can be impossible choosing where to make the cut.
Very nice image! Well done!

Excellent Will I really like the colours and tones. I have no reservations on the sharpening - looks good.

I really love the colors, the sharpness, and the pose. But the large cut-off flower on the lower frame edge bugs me. I believe that the 3X2 crop is more elegant along that bottom frame edge. WDYT?
