Well focused and composed but I get the impression the crop is a little too much, reducing it may improve the quality a little (?)

Pose, stare, and action are all nice, but I think the IQ is suffering, perhaps at the hands of a heavy crop. We're missing your usual feather detail, and there's a bunch of noise in the primaries.

Agree about the IQ, but love the incoming pose, light, and grass clump in the talons.
