This juvenile Orange Breasted Trogon was having a feast with a praying mantis.

The system was locked down with mirror lockup to reduce vibrations.

This is amazingly sharp at 1/10 sec. Plus, the bird had to stay still. The flash surely helped with the sharpness. I love the BKGR and the bird. And the prey item. I wish that the bird were sitting up more and that the perch were thinner. All in all, a remarkable image.
