Post processed in Lightroom Classic, Photoshop CC 2022 and Topaz Denoise AI
Cropped slightly for composition and presentation

Lovely soft light and good fine detail. Unfortunately I find the pose/crop a bit awkward.

I'd crop in just a little tighter Joe, maybe to just below the blue speculum. This would lose the more OOF areas and with all the stripes and tones I think you'd have a really interesting and fascinating shot of what we all consider a pretty mundane everyday bird

Nice shot it needs for me to be looser - or tighter as Mike indicated, sorry it looks chopped off to me.
