Cute subject, but ther image is an almost for me. The perch, although I can see why it was chosen, is a little bit too dominant for me, and the lichen clump too large. This would have been a perfect perch for a larger bird such as a jay. I do like the inclement weather and resulting mood.

Nice image overall for me. I don't mind the perch so much. Yes it is a bit large, but I don't find it as dominant as some do snd I like the falling snow.

Hi Jon, would echo Dan C's thoughts, albeit shot on a true Dreich' day.

I might blow some colour in to reduce the BKG HL's.
