An anemone fish from the Red Sea in its host red anemone, shot using snooted lighting - basically an attachment to the strobe to give a spotlight effect

Lovely subject in the natural homing ...COOOL .
Colors look so realistic and overall processing , well done !!
Perfect use of the strobe , IMHO .

Only just spotted this Mike, I agree a real beauty, the flash could so easily have blown the whites but all looks great. I like the effect the snoot it makes for a really interesting composition. I always look at these UW shots of yours and marvel at their clarity, this one is no exception.

Only just spotted this Mike, I agree a real beauty, the flash could so easily have blown the whites but all looks great. I like the effect the snoot it makes for a really interesting composition. I always look at these UW shots of yours and marvel at their clarity, this one is no exception.
Thanks Jon, it was just great to get wet again! Hopefully Tiger sharks and great hammerheads next month unless Mr Covid stops me
