Would have been better a few frames earlier John if the FG deers head was parallel and not turned away, also the ear would not be intersecting with the other deer. Like the habitat.

Hello John,

Well, something different and points to behaviour, and like Steve I too like the habitat a lot.

Not easy to grab a perfect shot when one's subjects are overlapping but still an interesting frame. Would have liked more at the bottom you have it - I am obsessed with composition so I try to pay attention to the environment when out in the field.

Colours look good and some nice detail too, love the grooming pose just wish for a better HA from the White Tail buck in front.

Would really like to see more from this sighting:w3

This was the only frame the their racks didn't overlap. Also the best view of the front buck's eye. They were busy grooming as he was almost always looking away.
