These small sundews grow at the bottom of a rocky outcrop in the Jarrah forest. They are the only ones locally that seem to tolerate this amount of water.

Lovely patterns and colors. I may be tempted to crop a bit from the bottom. Would love to see this more of a close-up, thanks for sharing it!

Great pattern and texture Tony.
I like the hues of red and the darkish water...

I agree with Fabs on the crop...it is nice to see how it relates to its environment but I would love to see this up close and in its full detail!

Lovely colour contrast & a beautiful subject to photograph. Very well seen. Would agree with Fabs on getting closer...

Hi Tony, you get some wonderful sundews over your way!
I love the detail on the lower 'leaves' and the pattern made by the water. Probably cropping some from the top would strengthen the composition even further!!

I'm jealous. Nice shot of what looks like D. tubaestylus. Didn't realize that they like it so wet!. You should be able to find some true pygmies in the area. The flowers on those should be spectacular. I like the crop, but I would apply a bit of usm or other selective sharpening.
